Role and responsibilities
As Hotel Sales Office Manager you will oversee day-to-day hotel/staff activities and work with other senior Sales Office Managers to create business reports and forecasts.
We are seeking a strong communicator with a breadth of knowledge working across the hospitality industry. The ability to empathise, communicate with- and assist departmental Sales Office Managers will be essential to your success.
You will be required to take a hands-on approach, keeping an eye on all aspects of the hotel, from meeting investors through to handling customer enquiries and complaints. Regular meetings will assist you to maintain a birds-eye view of hotel activities and any issues that may arise.
Evidence of previous team leadership and passion for the industry are required, as well as the creativity and desire to develop the hotel as a business. A degree in Business Administration, Tourism or Hotel Management is preferred but not essential.
