Financial Planning and Analysis: Analyses the business performance and financial implications of investment proposal for management’s review.

Financial Accounting: Supports the Group in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting; treasury and cash flow planning; and formulate accounting system and control procedures.

Financial Controls and Systems: Leads the internal audit function to perform regular independent testing on our business units based on an in-house developed retail operating standards manual; and formulates the action plans to address the non-compliant issues for ensuring compliance with local financial standards and corporate policies

Tax: Manages and protects business value by managing taxation related matters and ensuring the Group’ correct compliance with the tax laws and reporting requirements in each of the countries we operate.

We also have separate finance teams supporting individual business units to provide support on financial analysis, financial procedure reviews and streamlining of financial operation process.
