In a nutshell, our learning offer is varied and offers a wealth of valuable options, from bite size workshops, one stop-shop online learning, to Q&A sessions with our senior leaders, mentoring and a series of development programmes. It’s all about enabling our people to choose the development opportunities that are meaningful and valuable to them, tailored to their needs and development plans.

Our Mentoring Programme aims to create valuable mentoring relationships between people at AS Watson, as well communities of mentors and mentees that can share experiences with each other. Conversations with...' are Q&A sessions with some of our most senior leaders, meant to inspire and spark some new thinking and ideas. These insightful sessions are a unique opportunity to learn from the experiences of our leadership team, be curious and ask questions. From industry insights to personal and professional growth advice, these sessions put our people front and centre to learn from some of the best in our business. 

We offer a diverse selection of online learning courses and micro-learnings that empower individuals to enhance their personal and professional pursuits. Our accessible and customizable programs provide the knowledge and skills necessary for success, tailored to suit each individual's unique learning preferences.

In Europe, our bite size in person or virtual workshops, which we call 'Snackables' are the perfect bite-sized learning solution to upskill in certain topics, gain new knowledge and fresh insights. These cover a wide range of specialist and personal development topics and are delivered by our very own subject matter experts or external partners. 

We believe that we have got some amazing talent in AS Watson and so much specialist knowledge, so why not share that? They offer a wealth of training materials - hosted both by HR and by fellow colleagues - in the form of 'Snackables'.  These are regular 45- 60 min sessions hosted by colleagues both within and outside of our immediate teams where they give insight into what they do.
