We want to make sure our diverse team is as supported as possible. We have established six dedicated employee networks: veterans, LGBTQ+, parents, carers, multicultural, and Women@Stagecoach. These now have hundreds of members and are helping make our business a more inclusive place to work. We also have a community of local wellbeing champions, as well as mental health first aiders who can provide early intervention and support for our colleagues.
