Regional Process Consultant

Key responsibilities:

• Supports the design & implementation of a global strategic roadmap for Procurement in Compass
• Contributes their experience of internal/external leading practices on business process, data models and systems, to support the delivery of financial & non-financial business benefits
• Engages with the Compass Procurement community, made up of Country Procurement Directors and SME’s, to ensure alignment on processes and solutions across regions
•  Works with Regional Process Owners & Business Readiness Leads to understand and assess the readiness state of 15 Compass countries on the deployment roadmap
• Following the readiness assessments, support countries with guidance on how to address issues raised in action/gap plans, to prepare them for the deployment of Matrix
• Drive the accelerated deployment of a catalogue management (procurement data) tool into relevant deployment countries
• Escalates issues found in countries, to ensure process integrity and efficiency, ensures management is aware of significant issues or opportunities
• Works within the defined deliverables for the Matrix programme
• Works closely with Compass IT colleagues and with System integrator partners to ensure on time delivery and quality of programme deliverables and deployment activit

The ideal candidate:

• 2+ years’ experience working in the Compass business (across multiple countries - an advantage but not mandatory)
• Ability to effectively manage and co-ordinate stakeholders of all levels
• Experienced in delivering business results in complex environments
• Great communication skills
• Ability to build good working relationship with different teams across organisation and across countries
• Skilled in managing a portfolio of business issues that cross short and long-term strategic objectives
• Adept at looking cross functionally and weighing competing ideas and priorities
• Knowledge of key Compass Procurement systems (e.g. Foodbuy Online, MyOrders etc – an advantage, but not mandatory)
• Proficiency in English language (Bilingual an advantage)
