Role Overview
2023 saw substantial growth for the KERB Group and we’re now on the search for an incredible Project Manager to join the existing partnerships team and join us on our journey of continued growth going in 2024. As a Project Manager, you will be integral to the day to day running of KERB Events and the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, live events, many of which involve bar operations and production at sites such as: The KIA Oval, Goodwood Motor Circuit, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Aston Villa Football Club, Leicester Tigers and Jockey Club Racing venues.

What you’ll be doing
What you’ll bring to KERB
At least 3 years experience of event and/or project management, ideally with a focus on live events focussing on food and drink
Bar management experience
Proactive mentality and strong commercial awareness, with the ability to take initiative and manage projects from start to finish
Experience working with varied stakeholders
An understanding of food and restaurant operations
Stellar IT skills and a knack for learning new technologies
Experience of EPOS systems - if you’ve used Good Till, even better!
An strong interest and knowledge in the independent food and drink industry
Excellent people skills, with the ability to talk to clients and traders in a consultative manner and developing long-term relationships
A full and clean drivers licence
Willingness to travel, including to The Midlands and weekend working when required
A passion for brilliant food only!
Desirable
Experience with / a solid understanding of working with independent food traders
Previous experience in line management
