Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and professional food service to customers.
• Ensure food preparation adheres to regulations and maintain a clean working environment.
• Manage kitchen staff, ensuring daily targets are met.
• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to high standards.
• Manage rosters, stock, and financial aspects of the kitchen.
• Motivate the team through effective communication and support.
• Gather and act on customer feedback to improve service.
• Uphold health and safety standards at all times.

• Holds Basic Food Hygiene/Level 2 certification.
• NVQ Level 2 in professional cookery or equivalent.
• Proficient in financial management within a kitchen environment.
