Cally Hart - People Administrator at Combe Haven

I’ve been with Haven since 2019, and I started my career as a People Administrator at Combe Haven in Hastings. In January, I started a new role as a People Advisor based at our Head office in Hemel supporting our Head office teams with all things HR.

I’ve been very fortunate to have completed CIPD Level 3 Apprenticeship and CIPD Level 5 and I am now exploring opportunities to complete my CIPD Level 7. Haven is truly a company that invests in development personally and professionally. I am part of the I&D Advisory board here at Bourne Leisure; Inclusion and Diversity is very important to me and to work for a company that is driving I&D with a full agenda, only instils to me that Haven is the place to work and progress.
