Yamila Rodriguez - Operations Efficiency Manager
I’m originally from Argentina and I’ve been living In the UK for eight years now. I started my journey with Haven in September 2018, and I was the first team member to join Haven as a designate Activities and Leisure Manager. I’d previously worked as a PE teacher in a primary school, and as a fitness manager...After a successful time at the Orchards on the Head of Activities role, I was promoted to a Central support role as the Operations Efficiency Manager.
