Why do you love working at Haven?
Haven not only helps to provide long and part-time positions with flexibility for team members’ needs. What is it like to work as part of your team?
The Learning & Development team are an amazing group of individuals. We push and innovate each other to be the best versions of ourselves and create the best work we can for the business.
What does a typical day look like in your role?
Currently, I am working on a project to help provide all of our new leaders in the business with a strategic overview of our business strategies 🎯. Whilst spending 2 weeks at our Cala Gran site hosting a work experience opportunity to support our Early Careers project.
What training and development have you received?
I have recently completed the Bourne Degree Apprenticeship. A 4-year programme where the business paid for me to gain experience within different departments, at different levels, whilst paying for a degree in Business Management.
Who is your favourite member of the Seaside squad?
Rory the Tiger, when visiting as a child I got selected in the evening entertainment to dance with Rory on stage. It was the highlight of my holiday! 🪩
