In 2023 we delivered our first Work experience Programme with the Highfield Leadership Academy. 64 students took part, 13 days of work experience were delivered, and 288 learner hours were completed! Work experience took place across our Food & Beverage, Experience, Facilities and Activities; and Leisure teams.

We look forward to rolling out similar programmes across more parks and their communities.
