Setting up a custom domain with inploi is simple. You choose the domain you want, point it to inploi, and we handle the rest.

Choose a domain

You can use any domain or subdomain. For example:

• www.example.com → supported

• jobs.example.com → supported

• example.com → supported

Configure DNS

In your DNS provider’s settings, create a CNAME record for the domain you’ve chosen.

• Type: CNAME

• Name / DNS entry: your chosen domain or subdomain (e.g. jobs, www, or the apex example.com)

• Target / Value: [slug].inploi.app (we’ll provide your unique slug)

TTL values can usually be left as default. If you’re unsure, 12–24 hours works well.

Cloudflare users

If you use Cloudflare, we recommend turning off proxying (the orange cloud). This ensures your custom domain works correctly and allows us to monitor it properly.

What happens next

Once your DNS is updated, let your inploi Customer Success Manager know the domain you’ve configured. From there, we’ll complete the setup, provision SSL certificates, and confirm when your site is live.

That’s it. You point your domain. We take care of the rest.
