Blackpool and Fylde

There’s nowhere quite like the beautiful Fylde Coast! From Blackpool, Britain’s most popular seaside destination with world-famous attractions, to the picturesque towns and villages of St.Annes, Lytham and Wrea Green to name a few.

The area is famous for its iconic tower, miles of golden beaches and home to the world famous Blackpool Illuminations, but there is so much more…

Discover Blackpool & Fylde

Every year the Fylde Coast plays hosts to both UK stars and international artists, with the Blackpool Illuminations Switch On show and Lytham Festival, which is now Lancashire’s largest live music event, attracting tens of thousands of spectators. The Pleasure Beach, Royal Lytham golf course, the World Firework championships and Kite Festival. Oh, and let’s not forget the famous Tower Ballroom, attracting Strictly Come Dancing and their stars. There are tonnes of exciting things to see and do!

Art, Culture & Heritage

The Fylde Coast is rich in art, culture and heritage, and we’ve established ourselves as a theatrical gem, with West End musicals and vibrant festivals appearing on our annual calendar.

If you’re a theatre-goer, you’ll love Blackpool’s beautiful Grand Theatre, a stunning Victorian building designed by renowned architect Frank Matcham. There’s an action-packed year-round programme of live theatre from ballet, opera and plays to comedy, musicals, contemporary dance and loads of fun shows for the entire family.
