About the roles

Here at Salford’s Children’s Residential Service, we are a large team, consisting of a Service Manager, Assistant Service Manager, Registered Managers, Deputy Managers, Senior RCCW’s and RCCW’s. We are a supportive, friendly, enthusiastic team where we are encouraged to use our own initiative.

All of our homes are currently rated as OFSTED good, with Outstanding features in Leadership and Management in one home! We strive to ensure that the young people in Salford get the very best care from the very best people!
