inploi is a candidate experience software scale-up based in Old St, London. 

Our software helps Talent Acquisition teams in large enterprises attract and convert candidates more efficiently, at scale. Our reporting module helps decision-makers inform their hiring strategies with data and analytics.

Our customers include Compass Group, wagamama and GAIL's Bakery and typically operate in high-volume hiring sectors such as Services, Retail, and Restaurants.

We are a team of 20 people, all hard-working, fast-moving and fun-loving. Importantly, we are growing quickly and have an ambitious growth strategy for 2024-25 and beyond.

To help us execute on our targets for new customers and revenue, we are looking to add a highly-motivated individual to join our Sales team as an Account Executive (“AE”).

The Growth function is led by a recently-joined VP of Sales with 20+ years’ experience successfully growing scale-ups in the HRTech space. In addition, inploi’s two co-founders remain intimately involved with new business execution.

Ideally, you will be a highly motivated individual with 3 to 5 years’ experience selling into HR teams with extended sales cycles.

You will have first-class communication skills and high EQ, the ability to forge connections and establish trust quickly, and acquire knowledge rapidly across outreach, consultative selling, product demonstrations, negotiation, and contracts.

You will have entrepreneurial qualities because, while you will be supported by two SDRs, you should enjoy sourcing and executing your own new business opportunities.

You will relish the opportunity to join a newly-established Growth function that will drive the business’ transition from start-up to scale-up.

A competitive base salary, dependent on experience and starting at £50,000+

Working directly with the VP of Sales, CEO, and Head of Finance & Operations to shape the direction of our outbound Sales strategy

Use cold-calling, email and LinkedIn to prospect inploi’s well-defined universe of UK enterprise targets

Prepare individual action plans and conduct comprehensive discovery to (dis)qualify targets as potential opportunities

Learn, understand and expertly communicate inploi’s suite of products and services to build solutions for potential opportunities, often in collaboration with Account Management and Product colleagues

Use EQ and IQ to build business champions, while multi-threading to reach decision-makers across target organisations

Run complex sales processes, often with sales cycles of 3+ months, using the MEDDPICC framework as the internal common sales language

Use inploi’s Hubspot CRM to effectively record and manage your prospecting and execution activity

Use inploi’s internal forecasting tools to track and communicate your pipeline of opportunities to the VP of Sales, CEO and Head of Finance & Operations

Commit to forecasts and meet and / or exceed new bookings targets on a quarterly basis
