from hands on training to virtual learning platforms. everything is done at work – none of that homework faff. you just need to have an eagerness to learn and a passion for food!
no experience, no problem
deciding what to do after school? we hire from 16 + offer hands-on learning if college isn’t perhaps the path you wish to follow right now. you can choose to further your education with us via our apprenticeship programmes
chef academy
we have our very own chef’s academy built into our level 2 fire up programme – 6 masterclasses hosted by renowned Malaysian chef norman musa, in professional external kitchens for you to learn more culinary skills + put all of your learnings into practice

are you eligible?

to be eligible you need to have lived in the UK for the last 3 years, not be in any other form of education + be able to work a minimum of 24 hours per week (more hours may be available)

eating less meat + dairy has been said to be the most essential + ownable action we can take to reduce carbon emissions. our world is demanding action. it’s our job as people living on this beautiful earth to do our best to look after it

an organisation that oversees the hospitality industry collaborate on sustainability initiatives to reduce carbon. as part of our responsibilities, we work with our fellow hospitality brands to drive change in the industry
carbon neutral by 2035
measuring our total carbon output allowed us to set goals + identify where we could make reductions. leading to our ambition to be carbon neutral by 2035
sustainable packaging
we have switched the packaging our takeaway dishes come in to 'cpet' a material made from 75% recycled materials reducing our use of virgin plastic by 33%
