Our Culture

Be part of something great

Our Story

We’ve come a long way since Harry Warner opened his first-holiday site in 1932, providing traditional seaside family holidays. Over time, the needs and expectations of our guests have changed, and we have evolved to create a unique and distinct holiday experience.

Today, we're proud to offer adult-only breaks at 16 UK properties that include beautiful country estates, castles and coastal villages. Our hotels offer fantastic food, contemporary dining spaces and leisure facilities along with evening entertainment and plenty of daytime activities including archery, bowling and rifle shooting.

Our vision is to be the UK’s most loved holiday business. We want to create the perfect place to unwind, delighting more guests at more hotels and providing our teams with exciting career opportunities.

Our values

Whether your based in our hotels or support centre, we are one great team working towards the same mission. We live and breathe our values day in day out as they reflect the way we do things here at Warner Hotels. Our Social Responsibility

We’re really proud to have Macmillan Cancer Support as our chosen charity partners since 2017. As an employer, we are passionate about giving back to local communities and wanted to pave the way for our team members to join us on this fulfilling journey.

Over the years, our teams have thoroughly enjoyed supporting communities across the UK, through events such as Mighty Hikes, the Longest Day Golf Challenge and the World’s Biggest Coffee Mornings.

Between 2017 & 2022 our teams have managed to raise a staggering £900,000 and are looking to raise one million pounds in total by the end of 2023.
