Based in Hemel Hempstead, our One Park Lane Support Centre teams play an important part in keeping our guests delighted. While they’re behind the scenes, they collaborate with various teams and hotel operators to ensure things are kept running smoothly while our guests are provided with the best experience.
Our Support Centre team consists of 250 passionate individuals who all come together under one roof to embrace our One Great Team value from all types of backgrounds such as Finance, Tech, Digital, People, Operations, Performance Marketing and Sales.

Our teams
Finance
The primary focus of our Finance team is handling budgeting, financial planning, and financial reporting.
Digital
Our technology team takes care of the entire tech infrastructure at Warner Hotels. From managing IT systems, apps, hardware, and networks
Marketing
The marketing team is responsible for promoting our brand, attracting guests, and driving bookings.
Operations
The operations team plays a crucial role in achieving our goal of expanding the number of Warner hotels and enhancing the guest experience.
Contact Centre
By efficiently managing guest interactions and addressing their needs, our Contact Centre team play a crucial role in nurturing relationships.
People
The People team takes care of everything related to our employees, starting from finding new talent to handling any issues which may occur.
Revenue
The revenue management team is tasked with maximizing revenue and profitability. They optimise pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness.
