What we're looking for:
An exciting opportunity to lead an Entertainment Team at one of our stunning Warner Hotels. Applicants should be inspirational leaders who can develop a team of professionals to deliver high-quality show performances and entertainment all year round.
Key responsibilities include:
- Directing, leading, and coaching the Entertainment team
- Communicate effectively to the General manager, hotel leaders, team and visiting artists to ensure everyone has a clear understanding of the Entertainment programme.
- Take ownership of the Entertainment department, monitoring consistent delivery of a quality Warner experience in line with the Warner Brand Standards.
- You should demonstrate a strong passion for various facets of entertainment and possess the ability to curate and execute a diverse range of activities, live events, and engagements.
- Monitor guest insights, using feedback to drive a culture of improvement
- Demonstrates and role models a commitment to delivering a superior guest experience in everything that you do
- You will be someone who can work collaboratively and build great relationships within the hotel leadership team and the wider central support team to create a positive and thriving environment.
Skills required:
- Rostering skills - creating rotas for the Entertainment team, managing visiting artists and the resident band to successfully deliver the daytime and evening entertainment programme
- Organisational skills - To manage the weekly admin tasks
- Great Presentation skills – Being the perfect host
- High Communication skills - Via telephone, email, and face-to-face with team, guests, and other managers
- Strong leadership skills - To grow and develop the entertainment team and the entertainment programme
