Everything we do as a business is driven by data 🌐 , and no team is more in tune with this than our Commercial team. Making sure we get the best value from our digital advertisers, and making sure our database of guests are receiving the most important and relevant information is their priority. Alongside this, they’re using the commercial data to develop reporting 📝 that can enable the business to make decisions better, and faster.

What is it like to work as part of your team?
You will find working for our team that we are always willing to help, creative and love a good challenge. Communication and well-being are important to us, and I feel that has made us into one great team. 💙
What does a typical day look like in your role?
My day-to-day is working across multiple teams to capture the business needs for data, reporting and insights. I’m working on multiple projects across commercials from strategy, and marketing, all the way to stock and pricing. I like that every day is different and the challenges that come with it.
What training and development have you received?
I’m currently on the New to Leading Teams programme.
Who is your favourite member of the Seaside squad?
Jaz is my favourite member of the Seaside Squad as she wears glasses just like me! 👓
