To thrive in this role, you’ll need an NVQ 2 in Beauty Therapy or an equivalent qualification, a strong desire to exceed customer expectations, confidence in approaching customers, and skills in upselling services and products. A passion for beauty is a must!

As a Stylist, you’ll provide excellent service to customers in our salon. Every day is different, and you’ll ensure customers’ needs are met through cutting and styling, colouring, and men’s cutting and styling.
To be a great fit, you should have an NVQ level 2 qualification in hairdressing or equivalent. You should be eager to exceed customer expectations, passionate about all things hair, and confident in approaching customers and upselling services and products.

You’ll work with the store team to provide top-notch service, build positive relationships, create custom make-up looks, and use social media to generate excitement.
You should love selling and applying cosmetics, have strong communication skills, and be able to show how make-up enhances features. Proven sales and service experience, staying updated with trends, and delighting customers are key.
Success requires significant retail make-up experience, a MUA course qualification, creativity, awareness of trends, and excellent communication and listening skills.
