About the Role

🕒 Hours: 27 hours per week – alternate Saturdays
💷 Salary: Up to £69,000 FTE (based on 45 hours per week)– negotiable depending on experience

Leading
your pharmacy team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional patient care
Managing
stock, operations and GPhC (PSNI) standards
Driving
commercial success and ensuring compliance
Delivering
and developing pharmacy and healthcare services to meet the needs of your local
community
Using
your clinical expertise to support patients with a wide range of healthcare
needs
Receiving
direct support from your Regional Healthcare Manager
Playing
a key role in shaping the future of Superdrug's healthcare offering
👩⚕️ We're Looking For:
GPhC
registered pharmacists
Community
pharmacy experience preferred
Independent
Prescriber qualification welcomed but not essential
Newly
qualified pharmacists are encouraged to apply
Strong
leadership and team management skills
Commercial

Interview
If you successfully pass the telephone screening, you will be invited to a virtual interview with the Regional Healthcare Manager. The interview will be held over Microsoft Teams and will involve a detailed discussion about your experience and key performance indicators (KPIs). Competency based questions will be asked throughout the interview.
