What it includes

Your expert runs the work behind the spend.

The highest tier of our customer success, delivered by one named person who knows your roles, your regions and your numbers.

  • Campaigns, set up and tuned

Your expert builds the segments and sponsored campaigns across the paid job boards and aggregators, then keeps tuning them against applications rather than clicks.

  • Your publishers, managed for you

Most clients hold their own contracts with publishers such as Indeed, Adzuna, CV-Library, Totaljobs and ZipRecruiter. Your expert manages those relationships on your behalf.

  • Problems flagged early

When a role, a region or a board starts to fall behind, your expert tells you what they see and what they plan to change, before you have to ask.

  • Budget set from your hiring data

Spend goes where your own applications and hires say it works: which boards bring people for which roles, in which places.

Where your roles go

On the boards candidates already search.

Job feeds put every live role on Google for Jobs, Indeed, Adzuna and the aggregators. Job sponsorship adds paid reach on the boards, CV-Library, Totaljobs and ZipRecruiter among them.

  • Google for Jobs
  • Indeed
  • Adzuna
  • CV-Library
  • Totaljobs
  • ZipRecruiter

Paid reach

Deeply connected to Appcast.

Sponsored roles run through Appcast, so they reach a long list of publishers, from the largest boards to the specialist ones a hard-to-fill role needs. We are not an agency: the budget is yours, and so are the numbers.

  • Reach beyond the big boards

A role that the large boards cannot fill goes to the specialist publishers that can, from the same connection to your ATS.

  • Bids that follow applications

Bids are placed automatically, role by role, and budget follows applications rather than clicks, set per segment in Studio.

  • Publishers held to account

Every publisher is judged on cost per application and, where your ATS shares outcomes, cost per hire. The ones that hire keep the budget.

Why not an agency

An agency sees clicks. Your expert sees hires.

A recruitment advertising agency buys media from outside your hiring. It can report the clicks and the spend. What happened after a candidate left the job board is mostly out of its sight.

Your expert works inside the software that runs your careers site and your application, so they see the whole path from the channel to the hire.

It is not an agency and not a media buyer. The service is part of our customer success team, and your team sees the same numbers in Studio that your expert works from.

Source-to-hire attribution

Every application carries the channel that brought it.

Spend and outcome sit on the same row: which channel brought each application, what it cost, and what happened next.

  1. Every application, its channel

The careers site and the application record the source, campaign and channel of every candidate, from the first click.

  2. Hires traced back to source

Where your ATS shares what happened next, each hire is traced back to the channel and publisher that brought them.

  3. Cost per application, cost per hire

Every channel is judged on what it costs per application and per hire, not per click.

  4. Budget moves to the channels that hire

The numbers are in Studio, by job, location, brand or date range, and go back to your ATS where technically possible.

The software underneath

What job distribution did at Côte.

Côte moved its recruitment spend from job board credits onto job distribution paid on completed applications, on its inploi careers site. After a year:

lower cost per hire at Côte

  • 78%

How it starts

On top of your inploi careers site.

The managed service is for larger hiring programmes with meaningful job board spend. It is sold on top of the software, never instead of it, because the data your expert works from comes from your careers site and your application.

  1. Your careers site

An inploi careers site and application, connected to your ATS.

  2. Job distribution

Every live role sent to the boards, grouped into segments and attributed to source.

  3. Your expert

A named person from our customer success team takes on the campaigns, the publishers and the budget, and tells you what they changed and why.
