Candidate Agent
Every candidate question, answered from your policies
The Candidate Agent replies around the clock, from the knowledge and job data your team publishes in Studio, and hands the conversation to a recruiter the moment judgment is needed.
Approved answers. A real handoff.

When the answer is not there, it says so and gives the candidate a way to reach a person
Every candidate is asked whether they are happy for AI to be used. They can say no and carry on, and neither answer helps or harms their application.
inploi's use of AI, including the Hiring Agent and the Candidate Agent, is independently audited for fairness and accuracy by Warden.

Application status updates
Where a candidate is in the process, answered in the same thread they applied from.
Not a bolted-on assistant
A bolted-on assistant sits on top of a careers site it cannot see, answers from whatever it was trained on, and ends every conversation with a link. The Candidate Agent answers only from the knowledge and policies your team publishes in Studio: benefits, locations, interview steps, the rules for salary questions. When the answer is not there, it says so and gives the candidate a way to reach a person, rather than guessing.
FAQ
From the knowledge and policies your team adds in Studio: company information, benefits, locations, the interview process, and the rules for how to handle topics such as salary. And from your live job data, so answers about a role's shifts or location are the role's own. It does not answer from the open web or from guesswork.
It says so and routes the candidate to your team, using the contact route you set in Studio. Anything that needs judgment, an exception or a decision belongs to a person, and the agent is built to hand over rather than improvise.
No. It can start one, but the application itself is conversational apply: the questions a role needs answered, in one thread, posted to your ATS. The agent finds and answers; conversational apply completes.
Application status updates are in development. Today the agent answers questions, finds and matches roles and helps candidates decide whether to apply; status updates will join those capabilities when they are ready, and this page will say so.
Yes. It ships through the inploi SDK, so it can sit on an existing careers site with a few lines of code, alongside job search and analytics if you want them.
Every candidate is asked whether they are happy for AI to be used. They can say no and carry on, and neither answer helps or harms their application. If a candidate says no, the Hiring Agent does not score their application.
