Talent waste
Every role starts from zero.
Strong runners-up, people who applied for a similar role, people who registered interest and never applied, forgotten in the ATS the day the role closed. The next role pays to find them again.

How inploi solves it
Re-engage the people you have met
The Talent pool is being built with enterprise design partners to search the people already in your ATS when a matching role opens, score them against the new criteria with the Hiring Agent, and invite them back through the automations your team configures. The Candidate Agent meets the returning candidate with answers and the roles that fit.
Talent pool
Brings people you have already met back for the next role, scored and invited.

Candidate Agent
Answers from your policies around the clock, finds the roles that fit, and hands over to a person when judgment is needed.

The problem · Talent waste
With no pipeline, every role starts from zero and we pay several times over to re-source people we've already met.

re-source vs re-engage cost

The alternative
Sourcing the same people twice.
Every role starts from zero because nothing looks back. The runner-up from March is a stranger by June, and the budget that found them is spent again. Re-engaging the people you have already met is the alternative, and it is in development with design partners now, rather than promised.
FAQ
No. It is in development with enterprise design partners and cannot be bought on its own. We expect it to be available by the end of 2026. If you would like to be one of the partners, say so when you book a demo.
Yes. A candidate has to consent and opt in before the talent pool invites them back, and can opt out at any time.
Live jobs, applications and candidate records, because the pool is the people already in your system; application status history is optional and sharpens the match. How that data is processed is set out in the data agreement before it runs.
No. Outreach runs through the automations your team configures in Studio, under the rules and sign-off you set. Nothing is sent that your team has not approved.
