Talent pool

The people you have already met, back for the next role

When a role opens, the talent pool searches the candidates already in your ATS.

  1. 01

    Finds the match

When a role opens, it searches the candidates already in your ATS: runners-up, people who applied for a similar role, people who registered interest and never applied.

  2. 02

    Scores again

Each match is scored against the new role's criteria by the Hiring Agent, with reasoning your team can read.

  3. 03

    Invites them back

Matched candidates hear about the role and are invited to apply, through the automations your team configures, without anyone in your team sourcing them twice.

The alternative

Sourcing the same people twice.

Every role starts from zero: the runner-up from March is a stranger by June, and the budget that found them is spent again to find them again. Teams pay several times over to re-source people they have already met. The talent pool is the alternative, and it will be measured against that habit.
