Which ATS systems does inploi work with?

The integration is two-directional: inploi pulls live job data from your ATS and pushes completed applications back. Implementation typically takes eight to twelve weeks.

Does inploi replace our ATS?

No. Your ATS stays the system of record. inploi is the layer above it: the experience candidates meet, the agents that do the admin, and the view your team works from. We integrate in both directions so nothing has to move.
